Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
All 48020 platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times:
- Use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in compliance with applicable Malaysian law.

Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure
48020 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence of a terms violation, suspicious activity, fraud, or other reasonable operational grounds. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding claims or disputes.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 48020 support team. Requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe.
